Well, it has been months since I last blogged! Sorry! The Summer life is underway and we have been busier than ever! Since Caroline got out of preschool for the Summer (and is now a 5ker), we have been on our annually beach vacation! We had a great time, then returned home over Memorial Day weekend and were able to rest before rushing into today FULL swing!
Our current projects include:
Dirt work and landescaping a yard for a April torando victim!
Building a pool house for a client in SE Decatur (very excited about this project)!
Building a detached garage for a client in Hartselle!
Over seeing a friends home remodel!
Growing produce for our family in our organic garden....will probably even have some fresh chickens to grill soon (if Caroline doesn't have a breakdown)!!!
Designing and planning for our personal upcoming "garage apartment" that we hope to build this Summer!

Fall Weather
We love Fall around our house! Football, fire pits, pumpkin patches, family gathering, etc....! Personally, my favorite season!
With the holidays just around the corner, have you thought of all the home projects you need a little assistance with before all your guest arrive? Remember that Mark and I are here for all you design, decorating and construction needs! Oh, and I almost forgot, my true love, EVENT PLANNING!

Tuesday Around Here
Well, I worked from home today. Caroline "worked" with her Daddy and Harper took a very long nap, so I got a lot done! The most exciting thing that we did was plant trees on our land where we are going to build our new home!!! We all went down there to plant....the kids lasted about 30 minutes! LOL! It was still a special time for us!

Mark is out in the woods selecting large stones for a landscape/hardscape project! Wish I could be out there searching with him! I love this weather!

This Weekend
Wow, what a weekend....we now need a vacation! :) We are birthday partied out!!! The kids went to bed at 8pm! They are worn out!
Mark finished up a landscaping job for some very sweet clients last week, then helped a friend lay 5000 yards of sod! I guess he is the one who needs the vacation! I will try to post pics of the landscape job this week. Due to the fact that he was so busy last week, we weren't able to attend his 15 yr class reunion! Hate we missed that!!!
Well, lets get this week started and see how fast it flies by!

Crazy Day
Well, it has been a wonderful/crazy day! I love spending time with my kiddos, but HARPER CYLE was awful today! I think he is teething and I KNOW he is ALL boy....and Caroline is all girl (as she screams everythime he touches her)! Mark has worked very late two nights straight and this momma needs some alone time!!! Thanks goodness some of my besties are taking me out for an early b-day dinner tomorrow night! Whooooo hooooo! Can't wait: Juli, Kristi, Brandi and Jill! It's going to be fun! Thanks Sharon and Hannah for helping with my kiddos!
Don't forget that Mark can build an awesome fire pit! We loved ours at our old house (my sweet daddy did alot of the work on that one)! Fall nights, listening to music, roasting marshmellows!
